Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement without any charges.
Cancellation may be possible if order hasn't been dispatched.
Cancellation not possible once order is dispatched.
Go to "My Orders" section in your account dashboard.
Find the order you wish to cancel and click "View Details".
Click "Cancel Order" button if available.
You will receive cancellation confirmation via email/SMS.

Once order is handed to courier partner, cancellation is not possible.
Personalized gift wrapped items cannot be cancelled after processing.
Orders placed for same day delivery cannot be cancelled.
Personalized or custom-made items cannot be cancelled.
Check order status in "My Orders". If "Cancel" button is visible, cancellation is possible. Once order status changes to "Dispatched", cancellation is not possible.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit. No cash refunds are provided for COD cancellations.
Partial cancellation is possible if items are shipped separately. Contact customer support for partial cancellations.
If order is already shipped, you cannot cancel. You can either refuse delivery or receive the order and initiate a return within 7 days.
Refunds are processed within 24 hours of cancellation approval. Time to reflect in your account depends on payment method (1-7 business days).
