We offer size and color exchanges for eligible items. The exchange process is similar to returns:

Yes, we provide free return pickup in major cities. For other locations, you can drop off at nearest courier center at your expense. For defective/wrong items, return shipping is always free.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (2-3 business days), refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. The time for refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment method.
Sale items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged. Regular sale items can be exchanged subject to stock availability and standard exchange terms.

Yes, you can opt for store credit instead of refund. Store credit is issued instantly after return approval and never expires.
